PetSmart tasked my team with creating a new career website, but were challenged when we learned that PetSmart does not have a true corporate brand nor were we meant to create an employment brand. With few guidelines in place, I was able to create a pet-centered website that highlighted all the important aspects of working with an animal-focused company. This site was also a winner of the IAC award for Outstanding Achievement in Internet Advertising.
